This position will support Burbank YMCA Directors in programming. It might include assisting with a class, facilitating a program, chaperoning an event or trip or filling in for an instructor in their absence. The position may also include pre-program preparation including preparing class materials, setting up program space or helping with program marketing.

Under the supervision of the Aquatics Director, this volunteer position is responsible for assisting certified YSL Aquatic Instructors during lessons. This position will work only under the supervision of a YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor. Physically and verbally able to interact with members and staff. May be required to be in the pool for an extended period of time. At times, be able to lift up to 50 lbs. No experience necessary. Must be able to pass the YMCA of Greater Boston Swim test.

Teach preschool and Youth swim lessons to children ages 3-12 years old. Must be have experience working with children and teaching lessons. All volunteers must pass our YSI courses (Swim instructor courses) to be able to begin teaching.

This is a volunteer practice coordinator for the YMCA of Greater Boston's US Masters Swimming Practice Centers. Coordinator will manage workouts, lane space, and equipment as needed during practice times. Must have coaching or competitive swimming experience

Looking for a volunteer Masters Swim Coach on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm-8pm. Must be a strong swimmer and be comfortable coaching.
